Since 2006, attorney Jeremy Clason has practiced exclusively immigration law in Fresno, California. For 13 years of his career, he was the supervising immigration lawyer of Central California's largest immigration law firm, located in Fresno. In that role, he personally handled nearly 10,000 immigration cases, and supervised and mentored dozens of paralegals and associate attorneys. Mr. Clason received his law degree (Juris Doctorate) in 2005 from Seattle University School of Law, in Seattle, Washington, and his Bachelor of Arts (2000) in International Law and Diplomacy from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.

Mr. Clason is a member in good standing of the California State Bar (2006) and the Washington State Bar (2005). He is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the J. Reuben Clark Law Society, and the King County (Washington) Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before the Executive Office of Immigration Review, the Board of Immigration Appeals, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California.

In 2013 and 2014, the American Society of Legal Advocates selected Mr. Clason as a Top 40 Under 40 Immigration Lawyer for the state of California, and in 2014, the National Trial Lawyers selected him as a Top 40 under 40 trial attorney. Mr. Clason frequently appears on radio and television. He previously authored a monthly immigration law column in central California’s Orale Magazine, and he has appeared on Fox News, ABC News, CBS News, and is interviewed frequently on Univision-Fresno’s Arriba Valle Central morning program.

Mr. Clason is one of only 2 Certified Specialists in Immigration and Nationality Law located in Fresno County.

Mr. Clason is fluent in Spanish, having lived several years in Venezuela.

In April 2021, after 15 years in practice, Mr. Clason opened his own law office, Clason Immigration.
